The Milky Way behind Eagle Rock in Warner Springs. I managed to shoot this photo before the clouds got too thick and totally obscured the Milky Way. Notice the clouds to the right side of the rock formation? This is a single exposure shot with a Canon 6D and Sigma 15mm EX DG lens at 10 sec f/2.8 ISO 4000. This is located along the Pacific Crest Trail (PCT) in the Warner Springs community of San Diego County, California. I've searched around, but can't find any history regarding this rock formation. I don't know whether it was formed entirely by nature or possibly assisted by humans at some point.
I shot this on October 14, 2019 in La Jolla, California. This is a 5 exposure HDR shot with a Canon 6D and Canon 17-40mm f/4L lens.

The bridge was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1998. Recently Caltrans had determined the bridge was “functionally obsolete and structurally deficient.” Construction of the new bridge began in early 2016 and was completed in 2018. The bridge and walls had to retain their original look, per its historic status and input from North Park residents and orga
